Everyone who I have met, including the staff are extremely nice. The maintenance staff are fast and very helpful. The only complaint I have is about parking. I realize living in a place where a lot of other people live is always a risk for your vehicle but people here have no idea how to park and there is really no system. So weekends except to park all the way at the pool and risk your car being dinged up. I watched a lady park next to my 2011 Camaro, she parked right on the line... got out noticed what she had done and walked away. So, I walked back to my car and moved it. I feel like this is a little out of control and some system needs to be set up for visitor parking.

This place is exactly what I was looking for when I moved to the area 5 months ago. I love the true loft layout with industrial like walls/ceilings etc but I also love that I have updated stainless kitchen appliances. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help improve your living experience. The best part about living here is how safe I feel.

I would say that it is an aesthetically pleasing places that comes with all the amenities you could ever ask for, and the rates are astonishing for everything you get. I even like the train.

I lived in the Brumby "A" building for a little over a year. I'm in the military and not a native of GA, so I initially lived in some slummy apartment complex in Smyrna. I wish I had found the Brumby a little sooner, but I eventually got orders to move out of the area. I loved living so close to the square. The train is loud, but only if you get a place that faces the tracks. I was fortunate enough to face away. The walls are not made of concrete, so you're likely to hear what your neighbors are up to. What I did notice about the Brumby is that the rent is often too high for how much sqaure footage you get. That being said, it always keeps massive families out. That is actually a bonus to me. I don't like the noise of screaming, unattended children. The quality of vehicles in the parking lot is indicative of residents with jobs. That was also a major selling point for me. I don't like living in a ratty neighborhood, nor would I want to subject my wife to that. Most of my neighbors were single or married. I noticed few children in my building and even less party animals. The latter was fairly important to me because I had to wake up for work very early. The weekends were a bit more noisy due to the residents cutting loose, but I never cared as long as it wasn't during the week, which it never was. I had a great experience at the lofts and would suggest them to anyone I know. The management was always kind to me and the nightlife was only a 200 yard walk away. I like to run and living in this area is great for running. Kennesaw road has a perfect sidewalk for a 3-5 mile haul that offers beautiful scenery.

Best place to live in Marietta. Close to the square, close to highway, pleasant neighbors and staff.

I would tell them that it is the best place I have ever lived. The management is considerate. The other residents are very polite and courteous. People actually pick up after their dogs! The rent isn't extremely high in the garden style apartments as you would expect. I am not sure it gets much better than that!

I keep renewing my lease! I love living there. If I could buy my apartment as a condo, I would. I've lived there almost three years and haven't had a problem.

A great destination for 20-30somethings who may or may not have kids. Convenient to parks, downtown shopping and other services. Management is never 'missing in action' and will give timely followup. Maintenance shows up with a smile on their face and does what they need to get it done.

The maintennace requests were responded to quickly and professionally. I had a water heater leaking the evening before Thanksgiving and figured it would take 2-3 days to repair because of the Holiday. To my surprise, the water heater was reapired within 2-3 hours. Bryce worked into the night and insisted it be repaired before he went home to his family. The move-in went very well and I appreciate the minimum amount of red tape needed to move in and set up my new home. Overall, the staff, as well as the residents seem very professional & I am quite happy with the environment. I plan to be here a while.
